ACNE

Acne
is one of the most common skin disorders, especially among teens and young
adults. Nutritional balancing and
a diet low in grains, particularly wheat products of all kinds, can be
extremely helpful to correct this condition permanently. The diet is important and must not be
forgotten.
Avoid
dangerous drugs.
At the same, please avoid the dangerous drugs used commonly for acne.
These are 1. Antibiotics, 2. Accutane, and 3. Cortisone creams and
pills. All of these are quite
dangerous and toxic for the body.
If you need something for acne, use simple wipes and hydrogen peroxide.
OTHER ASPECTS OF ACNE
COPPER
Many
young women notice that acne is worse before their menstrual period. This may be because there is a
relationship between acne and copper imbalance. Copper, along with estrogen and progesterone, tends to rise
before the menstrual period. We
find that when copper is balanced in the body, acne goes away. Many other hormonal imbalances also
improve because copper imbalance is also the cause of Premenstrual Syndrome and
symptoms such as anger, anxiety, depression, moodiness, breast tenderness and
swelling, and other symptoms that occur around the menstrual period.
To
balance copper in the body, one must improve the diet and take several
nutritional supplements as indicated by a properly performed and properly
interpreted hair mineral analysis.
Correcting the copper imbalance usually takes several months, and
perhaps longer, at times. While
this may seem like a lot of work, there are many other advantages for general
health improvement that come with a nutritional balancing program.

Toxicity Syndrome. Other

ACNE AND RED HEAT LAMP TREATMENTS
While
a complete nutritional balancing program is best, a simple remedy that is often
excellent for acne is to shine a red Òheat lampÓ on the face or wherever acne
is present for about 5-10 minutes, at least once daily and perhaps twice per
day. 250-watt reddish heat lamp
bulbs can be found at most hardware stores for about $10-15.00 in America, and
in cities in Europe and Asia as well.
The
infrared rays from this inexpensive lamp penetrate into the skin, kill some
germs, and seems to help heal the skin as well. You can shine the light as close as is comfortable. Use care with it, however, as the bulb
gets extremely hot and banging the bulb can cause it to shatter.
ACNE AND CLEANLINESS
Washing
oneÕs face several times daily is also often helpful for acne. This seems to keep the level of oils
and other substances on the skin to a safe level so that the organisms that
cause acne have less to feed upon.
RELAX AND GET PLENTY OF REST AND SLEEP TO IMPROVE ACNE
Learning
to relax, doing everything in a relaxed manner, and going to bed early each
night and getting at least 9 or 10 hours of sleep daily can also help correct
acne in most young people.
FOR SEVERE CASES, SAUNA THERAPY, AND COLON CLEANSING WILL
USUALLY CLEAR UP ANY CASE OF ACNE
A
complete nutritional balancing program is best for acne. In the most severe cases, one must
include sauna therapy and/or colon cleansing such as a series of colonic
irrigations or better yet, daily coffee enemas. This will usually clear up the most severe acne cases that I
have seen, without the need for any drugs of any kind.
ONCE AGAIN, DO NOT TAKE ANTIBIOTICS, ACCUTANE OR CORTISONE FOR
ACNE
I
cannot emphasize enough that all of these drugs are highly toxic for the liver
and cause significant side effects that may be permanent. Many lawsuits have occurred with
Accutane, for example, and, in fact, cortisone therapy and long-term antibiotic
therapy are even worse.
