THE
NUTRITIONAL BALANCING LIFE EXTENSION PROGRAM

This
short article details a simple, inexpensive regimen that can extend anyoneÕs
life, I believe, for many years.
Here are the basics, which you must do in the amounts suggested, no more
and no less:
Diet
And Lifestyle:
1.
Obtain at least 8 – 10 hours of sleep each and every night.
2.
Limit sex to a maximum of once a week.
This is all to retain your vital fluids. You can hug and kiss all you want.
3.
Drink 3 quarts daily of natural spring water that has not been altered by
adding salt or anything else to it.
Do not drink reverse osmosis water, alkaline water or other types. Buying water in plastic bottles is
fine.
4.
Eat mainly cooked organically grown vegetables, not raw vegetables. The only exceptions are to AVOID the
nightshade vegetables (potatoes, tomatoes, eggplant and all peppers). Also avoid cucumbers, summer squashes,
and okra. These are really fruits.
5.
Eat lightly cooked meats, especially lamb, chicken, turkey, and wild game. A little natural beef is okay as
well. Whole eggs are also an
excellent food and should be cooked lightly. Avoid all pig products, all vegetarian
diets, and all processed meats like bologna as most contain many chemicals.
6.
Eat raw dairy products only, or Horizon organic dairy products. These are the best
dairy products. Pasteurized,
homogenized dairy products are not nearly as good, and most should be avoided.
7.
Avoid most fish due to its high mercury level. Sardines, however, are excellent, along
with some herring, or anchovies because they are small. Avoid all the others, sadly, except
maybe some other small fish once in a while and salmon once a month, perhaps. Avoid all shellfish due to toxic metal
contamination.
8.
Eat a relatively small amount of whole grains such as brown rice, millet,
buckwheat, quinoa and others.
However, AVOID all wheat and spelt, which are very hybridized and no
longer healthful. Many people do
better avoiding all the gluten-containing grains which are wheat, spelt, oats,
barley and rye.
9.
Stay away from most other foods.
These include, sadly, all fruit, all fruit juices, most nuts and seeds,
and all sugars and sweets, even honey, maple syrup, rice syrup, agave nectar
and all the others. A little stevia may be used for sweetening, but less is better. Some toasted almond butter is fine.
10.
Foods that are especially helpful include:
á
Arrowroot powder. This is a thickener used to make chow mein and other Oriental dishes. It works just like corn starch as a thickener for soups,
dressings, sauces and other dishes.
Just use this in your cooking, preferably a little bit on a daily basis,
if possible.
á
Organic blue corn (either as blue corn
chips or tortillas). You may eat up to one bag of blue corn
chips or two tortillas every other or every third day.
á
Sardines, 3 or 4 cans per week. Any brand will do.
á
Raw dairy products, or Horizon organic
dairy products, up to about 8 ounces of milk daily, along with some raw cheese,
or plain raw yogurt, and some butter.
á
Carrot juice, but only 10-12 ounces
daily, or 1 or 2 ounces of wheat grass juice daily.
á
Kelp capsules or granules. Eat about 3 660-mg capsules of kelp daily or about 1
teaspoon of kelp granules or powder daily. NatureÕs Way or Solaray are
acceptable brands of kelp capsules.
á
Mustard
(all types).
á
Stabilized rice polishings.
Just sprinkle some on your food.
Other
helpful suggestions:
1.
Near infrared light sauna. Use
this daily or twice daily for 20 to 50 minutes each session. Do not use any other type of sauna or
steam baths, however.
2.
Coffee enemas. You
may have one or up to three coffee enemas daily. Use the procedure for coffee

3.
Ozonator/ionizer air purifier. Use this machine in your bedroom each

4.
Open water or Ice Age Glacial Spring Water. Add 5 drops of either to each large
glass of water you drink, or add about 3 ounces of open water to each
gallon. You may also cook with Ice
Age spring water, as this is excellent for cooking. Do not cook with open water, as it is not stable enough, and
loses its potency when heated.

5.
The Roy Masters meditation exercise.
Do this for one hour daily, either in one session or broken into two
sessions. You may do it more often
or for longer time as well.
6.
Other basic supplements.
Everyone needs a powerful digestive aid such as GB-3. Betaine hydrochloride
and pepsin, or others are not as good.
In particular, the fungal-based Òvegetable enzymesÓ are slightly toxic
and best avoided, if possible.
Most people also need some high quality calcium, magnesium, zinc, a
multi-vitamin-mineral product and some natural vitamin E.

CAUTIONS AND CONTRAINDICATIONS
1.
This article is designed as a do-it-yourself version of nutritional balancing
science to get you started immediately.
However, it is much, much better to be on an individualized nutritional
balancing program that is supervised.
The two options for doing this are:
1)
Contact one of the practitioners on the Approved Practitioner List. These are the only practitioners I
suggest! They will oversee and
guide your life extension program with you.
2)

2.
Do
not add other products, vitamins, minerals, herbs, homeopathics,
hormones, drugs or anything else without checking with us. In almost all cases, these will always
slow your progress and often ruin the program completely.
3.
Children should take proportionally less of the products according to their
weight and size. However, the same
principles apply to everyone.
4.
One need not do everything listed above to obtain some results. However, the more you do, the faster
will be the results.
5.
Each person will heal and move along at his or her own pace. The pace of de-aging and healing
depends upon your age, condition, illnesses, lifestyle and other factors.
