I. INTRODUCTION

This article is very controversial. Some people will think it is completely wrong. However, I am told by some souls that were present at the founding of the United States that this article is the truth. Please read it with an open mind.

STANDARD HISTORY

We have recently become aware that the history of the United States, as it concerns the Articles of Confederation and the Constitution, is incorrect.

One reads in history books that when the United States began in 1776, a very important group of citizens set up the government for the new nation. The name of the government document was The Articles of Confederation.

One reads that after a few years, it was found that the Articles of Confederation were not working well. As a result, in 1789, a new document was drafted and approved by the states. The name of this document is The Constitution. It is the basic governing document of America today.

THE TRUTH

I am told that the above is false! What really occurred is the the Articles Of Confederation worked excellently. However, the alien group some call the thugs, crud, Rogues or satans did not like it. They decided changes were needed, and they have hidden the truth!

ORGANIZATION

This article is divided into the following sections:

- The founding legal principles of America.

- How the principles were expressed in the Articles Of Confederation and how these differed from the US Constitution.

- What really happened to the Articles Of Confederation.

II. FOUNDING MORAL AND LEGAL PRINCIPLES OF AMERICA

THE MORAL FRAMEWORK – IMPORTANCE AND VALUE OF THE INDIVIDUAL. The American nation was to be founded upon a moral framework in which the individual is most important, not the king or queen.

At that time, most nations had kings, queens or other rulers. The basic moral and legal system was a principle called the divine right of kings. It basically said the king or queen were special and could do as they pleased.

THE NEW LEGAL SYSTEM. From the new moral framework emphasizing the individual came a new legal system. Much of this article discusses the principles of this system.

ONE SET OF LAWS FOR EVERYONE. America would have one set of laws for everyone, with no exceptions. At that time, there were three legal systems in England. These were 1) the laws for kings, 2) the laws for the church, and 3) the laws for the common people, called the common law. America would have only one legal system for everyone based upon the British common law. This was a radical idea.

THE BIBLE IS THE BASIS FOR AMERICAN LAW. The American people were very religious and the Ten Commandments of Moses, the Golden Rule and other Biblical laws were to be the foundation of the American legal system.

The Bible also states that there should be no kings or queens because God is your king and queen. You can read about this in The Book of Kings, including what happened to that idea. Some people say it was the end of the true religion.

This God, the Bible says, is our Creator being. The Bible gives two names for God. I always thought that must be a mistake.

However, I am told that it is correct because there are two Creators – a male and a female – and their names are correct. His name is Yave and hers is Jehovah (pronounced Yehova).

The names mean two different types of love. Another name that starts with a Y and also means a type of love is Yesh or Yeshua, the real Hebrew name of Jesus.

We are to hope for their return, which is called the coming of the messiah. This word does not necessarily mean one or a human. Check the meaning of the word mess.

Mess means sustenance or nourishment. For example, in the army or at some colleges, at meal time one goes to the mess hall. Evil people changed the meaning of the word mess to obscure the truth.

THE RIGHT TO PROPERTY. In England, the king or queen basically owned everything. America would have private property.

Also, to the founders of America, property does not just mean real estate or land. It includes your body, for example, and more. This was a new idea.

THE PURSUIT OF HAPPINESS. This phrase is used in the American Declaration Of Independence. It means that a person is free to do as one wishes within a framework of simple laws that protect everyone from bodily harm. This was also a new idea.

CITIZEN VERSUS SUBJECT. In England and many other nations, the king or queen were called the sovereign, which means to rule over everyone. The people were called in England subjects of the king. They are basically considered slaves and are expected to do as they are told by the king or queen.

America was to be different. The people are called Citizens. It was a new word. The people were to be in charge of the government, not the other way around. The government exists to serve and protect the rights and liberty of the people, not to rule or coddle the Citizens.

SHARED SOVEREIGNTY OF THE CITIZENS. In In America, the Citizens are the sovereigns in a shared sovereignty.

LIBERTY OR FREEDOM, LICENSE AND DICTATORSHIP. The founders of America believed in liberty or freedom. This means that one makes one's own decisions about many things within a framework of simple laws.

The opposite of liberty is slavery or serfdom in which others make most decisions for one. This was the condition in most nations in the world in 1776. It is still the condition in many nations in which the government makes many decisions for a person.

For example, in many nations the government runs the health care system, the retirement system, the welfare system, the education system, and more. This is less true in America.

However, in the past 100 years or so America has violated its founding principles and moved toward a larger, more powerful government. With this has come huge government debt and moral decay of the nation.

License means that one may receive special permission to do something that is not usually allowed. Dictatorship or monarchy is when one can do exactly as one pleases with no limitations.

THE RULE OF LAW. This is a set of simple, written laws that are the same for everyone. England had “the rule of men”. This means there were few set laws.

DUE PROCESS. This vital American legal principle means that the government must follow set rules when arresting someone, when figuring out if a person committed a crime, and much more.

INNOCENT UNTIL PROVEN GUILTY. This was not the case in Europe. However, it is an important American legal principle. It is no longer as true in America because the agency system does not presume innocence until proven guilty.

THE IMPORTANCE OF JURISDICTION. Jurisdiction is a legal concept having to do with the application of laws. One's jurisdiction means 1) one's location and 2) the subject matter of the law. Both these conditions must be met in order for a law to apply.

This idea has become extremely confused. For example, many laws passed by the national Congress do not apply within the fifty states. However, they are assumed to apply.

Also, many laws today are written for “persons”. However, most Americans are Citizens, not persons. The word persons in legal language include corporations, trusts and partnerships. However, some want people to believe these laws apply to Citizens.

STRICT SEPARATION OF POWERS. This means that one branch of government makes the laws (the legislative branch), one branch enforces the laws (the executive branch) and one branch judges whether the laws conform to the constitution (the judicial branch). This idea came from the Bible, where it says God performs all three of these functions.

This principle spreads government power among the three branches and this prevents dictatorship. Unfortunately, it has become somewhat confused.

SEPARATION OF FUNCTIONS. This is the spreading of power so that many government activities are handled at the local, county or state levels, not the national level. For example, the police are local and county level only.

LIMITED GOVERNMENT. This is the idea that the powers of the government are spelled out in the Constitution. The government may not exceed these powers.

This has been terribly abused. For example, executive orders and emergency powers are nowhere found in the Constitution and are thoroughly illegal.

SELF-GOVERNMENT. This is the concept that the Citizens can and must run their own government. There is not to be a “professional, political” class of people. This is no longer true, thanks to the large government agencies run by unelected, unaccountable government employees.

III. DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION AND THE US CONSTITUTION

NOTE: We do not have an original version of the Articles of Confederation. All were destroyed. Several fake versions are around, but I am told they are not at all correct. The following information comes from a number of souls who lived at the time of the founding of America.

THE DIFFERENCES

- Gold was to be the currency of the United States, not gold and silver.

- Citizenship is by one's state. There was to be no national citizenship. This was to give more power to the states. This is not clear in the Constitution.

In fact, the very inferior national citizenship was not added until after the Civil War in the Thirteenth, Fourteenth and Fifteenth Amendments to the Constitution.

- The power of the Congress within the States is very limited. This is technically true today, but has been ignored. For example, all the government regulatory agencies are unconstitutional because the national Congress does not have the power to regulate this way within the States.

The agencies only have this power within the territories and possessions of the United States. This fact is not clear in the Constitution.

- The Congress must balance the budget. Not to do so is treason. This is not clear in the Constitution.

- Any government official that violates the Articles Of Confederation is to be tried for the crime of treason. This crime was well understood and means giving aid or comfort to the enemies of the nation.

Treason is a crime at any time, not just during wars. Today, many American political leaders commit this crime by not balancing the budget and not following other laws.

- Electors elect the government officers, not voters. The entire election system in America has been corrupted.

- Juries have the power not only to decide innocence or guilt, but also to nullify bad laws. This idea was central to the American founders and is called the fully informed jury. It has been completely changed.

- There are no executive orders, no emergency powers and no police powers of the government. These are all phony ideas that were added later.

- There is a right to contract. This is very basic and means one has a right to work and conduct all types of business unless they are specifically fraudulent.

For example, it means that occupational licensing laws such as those for attorneys and physicians are all unconstitutional and void because they violate this right. It also means there is a right to not contract if one chooses.

This also means that government programs such as Social Security, Medicare, Medicaid, and government welfare schemes are all illegal because they force people to contract or join them.

- There is a right to protect your property, which includes your body. This is not in the Constitution.

- The Supreme Court must take all cases presented to it. They must also decide them very quickly so that justice is done. If they cannot handle the load, another Supreme Court must be established.

- Taxes are to be transparent. This means it is easy to figure out how much is the tax. Some of the American taxes are transparent, such as a sales tax added on to purchases. However, other taxes such as the corporate tax are not at all transparent and therefore unconstitutional and illegal.

- The 16th Amendment, the income tax Amendment, was never properly ratified. Also, the income tax thoroughly violates the 4th Amendment. This Amendment guarantees people's privacy in their monetary and other affairs.

- Congress must maintain the value of the money and all money must be redeemable in gold. Turning the monetary system over to a central bank such as the Federal Reserve is thoroughly illegal. Just printing up money that has no backing in gold, as is done today, is also completely illegal.

- The 2nd Amendment about gun rights was clearer in the Articles of Confederation. Everyone knew that the right to keep and bear arms meant that owning and carrying guns is a personal right. It is not about the militia or about a time of war.

IV. WHAT REALLY HAPPENED TO THE ARTICLES OF CONFEDERATION

The aliens, thugs, rogues or satans did the following:

1. They spread the vicious lie that the Articles Of Confederation were not working well.

2. They organized the Constitutional Convention of 1789

3. They weakened the Articles of Confederation. They shortened the original document and changed it, as described below.

4. They changed the name of the document to The Constitution. This name is incorrect.

5. They destroyed all copies of the real Articles of confederation to make it difficult to figure out the real intent of the founders and the correct way the government is supposed to function.

6. They informed everyone that they were to accept the new document and never speak of the Articles of Confederation. The thugs have the ability to wreck or at least weaken memories.

7. They murdered anyone who continued to speak about the truth of what had occurred. I am told there were at least 25 murders, among which were some of the most brilliant men and women who ever lived. Among them were George Washington, James Madison and George Mason.

8. They made up fake stories of the founder's deaths to cover up the murders.

9. They wrote fake versions of the original Articles of Confederation and spread them around. I am aware of at least two of these. One is a very small document with 13 provisions. The other is a much longer, more wordy fake document. History books were also altered to cover up the truth.
