Health has a lot to do with moving fluids or energies vigorously throughout the body.  At one level, movement is life, while stagnation is death.

If this movement does not occur adequately, a person will not be well nourished, no matter what he or she eats.  Also, toxins will not be released adequately.

This can easily result in unpleasant healing symptoms during a nutritional balancing program.  A key to solving the problem is to move several fluids more vigorously through the body.

WHAT NEEDS TO CIRCULATE?

Most people think the only fluid that needs to circulate is the blood.  To enhance blood flow, they may exercise.  However, this is a very incomplete solution for two reasons:

1. The blood is only one of the vital fluids that needs to circulate adequately for health.

2. While exercise is helpful, too much uses up a lot of energy and can damage the body, even if it feels good.

A better answer is to improve the circulation of three types of energy flows in the body.  These are:

1. Etheric energy, also called ether, chi, qi or prana.  This is the most important of the three, and the least well known.  Etheric energy is the basic energy upon which all living creatures depend.

Etheric energy flows in and through tiny channels that run vertically from the head to the feet.  It also swirls inside and around the seven physical energy centers of the body and in many other locations in the body, as well.  For details about it, read Etheric Energy.

2. Blood.  Good blood circulation requires a little exercise.  However, it also requires a balanced autonomic nervous system, a decently healthy heart, clear arteries and veins, adequate rest and excellent nutrition.  Vigorous exercise is not required to move blood around the body.

3. Lymph. Lymph is a milky substance that helps carry away toxins from the cells and eventually drains into the main blood circulation.  Good lymph circulation requires a little exercise, but also requires adequate rest and excellent nutrition, as well.

Excellent lymph and blood circulation both also require adequate etheric energy in the body, since this is the basic life-giving energy.  Nutritional balancing is firmly based on this idea.

We find that anyone who is having difficulty with symptoms during a nutritional balancing program is usually not circulating all of these fluids adequately through the body.

WHAT DO DOCTORS AND OTHERS HAVE TO SAY ABOUT THIS?

The importance of blood and lymph circulation are well known in medical care.  However, the vital role of etheric energy is not recognized at all, mainly because it cannot be seen or measured easily.  Some older medical books referred to Òvital forceÓ or Òlife energyÓ, but this concept is not widely accepted.

Acupuncturists and other Oriental, herbal and a few other practitioners do acknowledge the presence and importance of what they call chi, qi or prana in building and maintaining health.

WHAT TO DO

Certain parts of a nutritional balancing program are extremely helpful to move etheric energy, blood and lymph through the body. The best way to stop annoying healing reactions, or cut them short, is to do all the following procedures:

The Pushing Down Exercise.  Do this as forcefully as you can, and do it for at least 1 hour daily.  Two hours or even more is even better.

Foot and/or Hand Reflexology.  This is also very good for moving subtle energy in the body.

Deep breathing.  This is excellent, as well, and acts like massage of the major body organs.  This helps move the etheric energy, blood and lymph throughout the body.

Exercise.  Some daily gentle exercise is helpful.  For example, walking for at least 15 minutes and no more than 1 hour is very good.  More than this is not needed, we find.

However, exercise is only one method of moving energy through the body, and it is usually not enough by itself.

RELATED TOPICS

In fact, knowing about etheric energy is very helpful to understand many subjects including nutrition, sexuality, rape, physics, electronics and others.

A number of articles on this website discuss these aspects of etheric or subtle energy.  Among them are The Big Picture, The Ether Theory, Food And Development, Rape, Male-Female Blending, The Merkabah, and Down Sex.

CONCLUSION

DonÕt just exercise.  It is not enough.  Do all the nutritional balancing procedures, especially the pushing down exercise, foot reflexology and deep breathing to keep subtle energy flowing well in your body.
