I. INTRODUCTION

DEFINITION

Vinegar is a product of fermentation often made from fruits or vegetables. First the food is fermented using yeasts that produce alcohol in the food. Then another type of bacteria are added to the food that convert the alcohol to acetic acid. This is the main ingredient in vinegar.

While this is a basic chemical explanation of vinegar, in reality vinegar is much more than just a chemical.

II. THE VINEGAR SOULS

One of the great secrets of vinegar are the souls it contains. This is not true of most soap and definitely not true of any chemical cleaners.

Vinegar souls are very special, very advanced souls that are attracted to its qualities. These souls help with cleaning in dozens of ways and are quite remarkable. They will also talk to you if you develop enough to learn to tune into souls.

An excellent idea is to buy some plain distilled white vinegar from the supermarket, putting it in a spray bottle, cleaning your home and ask to speak with the vinegar souls.

III. THE ACTIONS OF VINEGAR

CLEANSING

Cleansing is one of the main actions of vinegar. This is extremely helpful today because:

1. Many foods contains toxic agricultural chemicals that are terrible for one's health and development.

2. Many foods and household products today are also poisoned by the alien group some call the thugs, stinks, rogues or satans. This group filths up everything around us, including our clothing and everyplace.

3. Vinegar is excellent for general cleaning. It sterilizes (kills germs), dissolves some grease, has a soaping action, and more. It is also quite non-toxic, inexpensive, and keeps well.

COOKING AND CHANGING FOODS

This is the other main effect of vinegar. The vinegar souls are able to alter many types of foods in very unusual ways. This often makes the food more digestible, more nourishing, less toxic and often tastier.

One could say this is a type of cooking that does not use heat. Instead, it uses the acidic quality of vinegar and it uses the special souls in the vinegar. Let us examine these uses of vinegar in more detail.

OTHER EFFECTS

Vinegar souls produce many nutrients when used properly. Some are very essential today. Please do not skip the vinegar foods for this reason.

Vinegar also can improve digestion by aiding the healthy bacteria in the intestines.

Vinegar is also an excellent food preservative.

Vinegar has other subtle energetic effects upon foods and upon any surface the vinegar touches. This is somewhat a cleansing effect, but it is more than simple cleaning.

III. VINEGAR FOODS AND DEVELOPMENT

SOME vinegar foods are very important for healing and development. To read about the amazing process of development, read Introduction To Development.

USE VINEGAR FOODS IN SMALL QUANTITY ONLY. This is very important because most all of them have some toxicity.

Recommended vinegar foods. Vinegar foods we recommend in small quantity only are:

Sauerkraut. If you can find it, we recommend Bubbies brand of plain sauerkraut. However, others are often okay.

Mustard prepared with vinegar. This is a decent spice for all meats or on vegetables.

Kosher dill pickles. This is more for those who are well developed but a little is okay. Pickles are made from cucumbers, which are fruits. As a result, they are more yin.

Balsamic vinegar sauces or dressings. This can be used on vegetables.

Miso. This is a traditional Japanese soybean paste that contains beneficial bacteria for digestion and more.

Tamari. This is traditionally prepared soy sauce. It is another topping that can be used SPARINGLY with meats or vegetables.

Pickled herring in dill marinade or sour cream. This is an interesting and nutritious food that contains vinegar. It is a fermented preparation of herring. Larger fish, including salmon, are high in mercury. Herring is a fairly small fish. When it is prepared with vinegar, the vinegar further reduces the content of mercury and other toxins in fish.

We still recommend canned sardines in olive oil. However, herring prepared with vinegar is also very good.

Butter. Butter is a type of fermented food created by a chemical reaction when cream is churned properly.

Goat and other cheeses, yogurt and kefir. While these do not taste like vinegar, they contain a little of it. Soft goat cheese is an important food for development.

Olives. These are often packed in vinegar. We recommend up to three black kalamata olives packed in red wine vinegar per week. An alternative is up to three black Peruvian botija olives per week. You can mix these, but do not exceed this quantity. Do not eat green olives, which are unripe and more yin.

Beef or turkey jerky. These are traditional methods of preserving meat that involve fermenting organisms.

Corned beef. This is a traditional method of preserving beef that is quite nutritious. The only trouble is that most of it contains added chemicals used to “cure” the beef, so we can't recommend too much of it.

Coffee. Coffee is a vinegar food because it is fermented early in its production. We strongly recommend coffee in enemas, but not to drink except up to one small cup per day if you wish.

Tea. Black tea or traditional tea is a vinegar food that is prepared by drying tea leaves and allowing them to ferment. One cup a day is fine.

We do not recommend green tea, which is unfermented tea. We also do not recommend most other teas because they are all somewhat toxic.

We use peau d'arco or taheebo tea when someone has a lot of cancer. Although somewhat toxic, it is helpful for these people.

AVOID. Vinegar foods that we do NOT recommend include apple cider vinegar, kimchi, and kombucha tea. We also do not recommend eating much tempeh, tofu and mochi, which are traditional Japanese fermented foods. These have various problems with toxicity and yin.

We also do not recommend bread or other fermented vegetables, especially if you ferment them yourself. The reasons we do not recommend these foods are discussed below.

CAUTION WITH THE WESTON A. PRICE FOUNDATION

We are happy that the Weston A Price Foundation discusses fermented foods. However, we do not agree that the more fermented foods, the better. We discuss the toxicity of vinegar foods below.

THE ACTIONS OF THE VINEGAR FOODS

Cleaning up foods. Vinegar in food will clean up whatever it is mixed with. This applies especially to foods.

Improving digestion. The weak acidic nature of vinegar helps balance the digestive system. Bacteria in the vinegar act as a probiotic.

This means they help restore the proper bowel flora. This is very helpful today because food chemicals, metal toxicity and malnutrition all damage the bowel flora.

Providing special souls. This is a very important reason to eat vinegar foods, especially as one develops. The souls are very needed for the process of development. Many go to the brain and other vital organs and enhance their activity.

Providing special nutrients. Some of the fermenting organisms in some vinegar foods make many kinds of chemicals that our bodies need. Often, these are not easy to find in most food. Therefore, the vinegar foods become vital sources of unusual nutrients.

Other energies. Vinegar foods provide other subtle energies needed today by our bodies.

A healthy preservative. Vinegar also acts as a food preservative. This chemical action prolongs the life of foods that contain vinegar.

COOKING VINEGAR FOODS

Usually, one does not cook vinegar foods. The vinegar causes a type of cooking action and that is sufficient. Cooking would also damage the microorganisms contained in the vinegar and some of the nutrients it contains.

No need for cooking is an advantage of these foods because they are fast and simple to eat.

IV. CAUTIONS WITH EATING VINEGAR

Aldehydes. Vinegar foods often contain some aldehydes. These are liver poisons, so one must be careful with vinegar foods. As one moves into the higher stages of development, vinegar foods become more important and the body is better able to handle a little aldehydes. However, some people eat a lot of vinegar foods and this is not wise.

Some vinegar foods are higher in aldehydes than others. For this reason, we do not recommend kimchi, kombucha tea and just eating random fermented foods. For more details, read Aldehydes.

Cold or yin. Vinegar foods are all somewhat yin. This is important because the bodies today are already too yin in macrobiotic terminology. For details, read Yin And Yang Foods, Yin And Yang Healing, and Yin Disease.

Example - apple cider vinegar. This is a popular health food store product. It contains some beneficial bacteria and other compounds. However, it is too cold (or yin in macrobiotic terminology) to use on a regular basis, so we cannot recommend it. For more details, read Apple Cider Vinegar.

Damage to the teeth. Most vinegar foods are acidic. Eating them can damage the enamel on the teeth. Mixing some salt with vinegar foods will help prevent this problem.

We added a small section about vinegar foods to the Food For Daily Use article.

V. MORE ABOUT HOUSEHOLD USE OF WHITE VINEGAR

White vinegar is a SUPERB cleaning compound! Please use it exclusively for cleaning counters, bathroom, kitchen, walls, clothing and more.

Some high-quality professional house cleaners will only use vinegar for cleaning because it is non-toxic and very effective. Vinegar leaves a slight odor when used, but the odor dissipates within an hour or so.

We suggest putting some white vinegar full strength in a spray bottle. Use it everywhere – counters, floors, walls, ceilings, toilets and more. It is especially good everywhere in the kitchen.

Anything you buy. Spray the outside of all new bottles, wrappers and other food containers with vinegar when you bring them into your home. It cleans them up and sterilizes them. A wise idea is to do this to every new or used item you bring into your home. You will be healthier!

Laundry. Another superb idea is to add a few cups of white vinegar to each load of laundry when you put your clothes in the washing machine. It will freshen the laundry and clean it much better. You can still use some soap with it.

AVOID ALL LAUNDRY DETERGENTS, INCLUDING ALL-NATURAL ONES. They are not needed and all of them are somewhat toxic. An exception is 18 Extreme X by Naturoli. This is soap nut extract that is okay in small amounts.

VII. VINEGAR SPRAY ON THE BODY

Vinegar spray for the body. The newest use we are making of vinegar is as a spray on the body. Usually it is best to first rinse off the body with water and a little soap. Then spray plain distilled vinegar from the supermarket all over the body and rub it in a little.

This has a wonderful, gentle cleansing effect. It brightens the aura of the body and cleans deeply. It also destroys many devices and other filth that the aliens, thugs, rogues or satans put on people's skin. We strongly recommend vinegar spray for the body at this time.

Cautions. Don't spray or rub vinegar in the eyes – it will burn. It may also burn a little when sprayed on the genitals.

However, it is very good for the genitals, so gently rub some there. You may want to avoid rubbing or spraying it on the urethra opening of the penis or vaginal area to avoid burning.

For more details, read Apple Cider Vinegar (which we recommend avoiding) and Cleanliness.
