THREE MODELS OF PRENATAL CARE
To understand this article and current prenatal care, one needs to know
that there are three models of prenatal care:
MODEL #1 –
STANDARD MEDICAL PRENATAL CARE. This is the care that 99% of mothers-to-be receive.
Prenatal care in this model or paradigm basically consists of a few
blood tests, basic counseling about pregnancy and birth, a suggestion to eat a
ŇbalancedÓ or healthy diet, perhaps advice to avoid toxic situations,
ultra-sound procedures, perhaps other medical tests, and a prescription for a
pre-natal vitamin.
Lies and false
premises. This type of prenatal
care is of very poor quality, in our view. The reasons are that regular doctors teach the following
lies:
– Lie #1. A mother-to-be is healthy if she does
not have a disease such as cancer, diabetes, or an obvious infection.
We find that no mothers-to-be are healthy. Healthy means well-nourished,
with a balanced body chemistry, low levels of toxic metals and toxic chemicals
in the body, and a well-developed brain and nervous system.
- Lie #2. A healthy, balanced
diet with some meat, eggs, fruit and vegetables is sufficient during pregnancy
and lactation. We find this is not true and will not
nourish the body adequately. One
reason is that our food is all low in nutrients, even
the finest organically grown food.
Also, certain foods are needed in greater quantity today, such as cooked vegetables, while others such as fruit, are
harmful. This topic is discussed
later in this article.
- Lie #3. Nutritional
supplements in addition to a prenatal vitamin are not needed, unregulated and a
waste of money. This is one of the
worst lies, in our experience.

- Lie #4. Toxic lifestyles
and toxic thinking are okay and do not affect her baby. In fact, babies are very sensitive to everything from riding
in cars to using cell phones and computers.
- Lie #5. Modern hospitals
are safe places to deliver babies. This is
not true. They are full of germs, in many cases. Often, there are also doctors and nurses there who are ill
themselves and worse, do not care much about babies. Ideally, stay away from them.
- Lie #6. Vaccines are good. In truth, they are about the worst feature of conventional
medical care. However, the truth
is kept from the public, including doctors, who are also forced by their
medical boards to tell you this lie or they lose their license to practice
medicine. Nurses can also lose
their jobs if they tell the truth about vaccination. Vaccines are highly toxic and very dangerous for both
mothers and babies.
- Lie #7. Breastfeeding is
needed for only six to twelve months. This is one of the worst lies if you want a healthy
child. Breast
feeding is needed for about 3 full years, and occasionally a little
longer.
However, one reason for this lie is that most womenŐs milk is of such
poor quality that the baby will begin to reject it after 6 to 12 months and it
is not good enough to fulfill the babyŐs needs after this time.
In order to produce excellent breast milk, a lactating mother needs to
follow a complete development program, and nothing less.
Other lies include ŇYou can trust the media for health informationÓ,
ŇRaw food is better than cooked foodÓ, ŇVegetarian diets are okayÓ, and more.
MODEL
#2 - NATURAL, HOLISTIC, ALTERNATIVE OR NATUROPATHIC PRENATAL CARE. This is a
slightly expanded version of the standard medical approach. It is often better, in that it may
include more instruction about nutrition, although often the nutritional
suggestions are often incorrect.
It may also include other tests, more use of natural methods of healing,
and instruction about natural methods of childbirth and child-rearing.
However, this group of doctors still often believe
that most mothers-to-be are healthy if they do not have a disease, which is not
true. From the perspective of
development science, they also often make the following mistakes by recomending:
- vegetarian-leaning diets and raw-food
leaning diets
- eating salads and fruit.
- using most herbs, which today we find are
toxic due to pollution of the planet.
- taking vitamins that are not best.
- not recommending nearly enough cooked
vegetables and recommending the wrong ones.
- at times, recommending vaccines, in
particular, and at times other toxic drug therapies that we find are not needed
if the body is nourished and cared for properly.
MODEL #3 - THE DEVELOPMENT METHOD. This is a leap from either standard medical or natural
prenatal care. It is the subject
of this article.
It begins with a different premise. We know that most all mothers-to-be are very poorly nourished, their bodies are all toxic with heavy metals and
toxic chemicals.
We also know that the way a woman feels or looks is often a very poor
guide to the condition of her body.
We always seek to correct these problems before one gets pregnant, or
to do our best to correct them during pregnancy if this is the only
option. It takes some years to renourish, clean out and rebalance a body.
Development is a precise process that
dramatically improves health and longevity. It is a newer system of healing first proposed by Dr. Paul
Eck of phoenix, Arizona. He passed
on about 23 years ago, and we have since greatly improved on his work since
then. It continues to be a
research effort.
At this time, healing programs are offered in two version
– a basic of ÔfreeŐ program that one does on oneŐs own and a guided and
more individualized program that one follows with the assistance of a Helper.

The Ňside
effectsÓ of this program are that you will be stronger, smarter, better
looking, and often happier.
With this program
only, you can have a
smaller baby, which makes labor and delivery much faster, safer
and easier for you and the baby.
You can also give birth to a baby who is already somewhat
developed. This is wonderful and
what we call a superbaby. They are much stronger, healthier, and smarter.
PREGNANCY BASICS THAT ARE RARELY
EXPLAINED
Formation of the body. This takes place almost entirely within the first three
months of pregnancy. After this,
the body grows larger and the nervous system develops much more, but the basic
formation of the body is complete within the first 8 to 12 weeks of pregnancy.
The
insanity of modern prenatal care. One reason why current
prenatal care is rather insane is that most women do not realize they are
pregnant until they miss a period, which is often 20
or more days into pregnancy. The
delicate and complex task of forming a body is well along by that time.
Then,
most women take another 1 to 4 weeks to get an appointment with a gynecologist,
midwife or other birthing professional.
By then, the critical process of developing a body is up to two-thirds
finished!
More insanity. The
doctor or midwife hopefully suggests a high-quality diet and the correct
supplementary vitamins to prevent birth defects and assist pregnancy, labor and
delivery in other ways. However,
this rarely occurs.
Most gynecologists allow women to continue their sick habits such as
using highly toxic nail polish, highly toxic shampoos, anti-perspirants
that ALL contain aluminum today, dying the hair with cancer-causing dyes, using
toxic soaps and lotions, and putting on toxic makeup.
Other baby-destroying practices most doctors and midwives allow are
staying up late, using stimulants, eating some junk food, using or just
carrying cell phones (particularly smart phones), sitting right in front of
computer screens for hours, and dressing sexy, which is unsafe and often causes
the body to be cold. From a common
sense perspective, this is all quite insane and it explains why most babies are
born in poor health.
The
problem of toxic metals and toxic chemicals. ALL toxic metals and toxic chemicals can be
and are passed from mother to child during pregnancy. This is very important to
understand. It is what we observe
on mineral analyses of mothers and their babies. It means the only way to have a healthy baby is to clean up
the motherŐs body, preferably before she becomes pregnant.
The
problem of malnutrition. If a mother is malnourished, as all of
them are, the baby will be born deficient in the same nutrients. That is our
observation based on viewing mineral tests from mothers and babies for the past
39 years. This is inevitable and
means that the only way to have healthy babies is to nourish the mothers-to-be
much better than occurs in most instances today.
SOUL ISSUES
A topic rarely discussed with mothers-to-be is that what is called the
body is only a shell or, more technically, a DNA configuration. When one becomes pregnant, one soul
enters the fetus, usually within two days of conception. It acts as the coordinator and is
called the coordinator or entity soul.
It coordinates the lengthy and vital process of bringing in trillions
of souls to help construct and then to operate all parts of the body. The body cannot work without these
souls.
The process of adding souls goes on throughout pregnancy. It also continues for a number of years
after birth as the body grows larger.
Modern science and medicine do not acknowledge the reality of the
souls because they cannot see them with current microscopes and they have been
taught that the Bible and other books that discuss souls are fake, which is not
true. (However, we do feel the
Bible needs updating in the area of nutrition because it was written before
modern agriculture and modern junk food were
invented.)
The souls are very real and are the basic units of consciousness. Some issues involving souls are
discussed in the articles, Soul Science and Soul Upgrades.
Souls want healthy bodies to inhabit. This is also important to know
about. Healthy bodies are very
rare today in the Western world thanks to malnutrition, toxicity with metals
and chemicals, radiation poisoning and electromagnetic poisoning from cell phones,
computers and other electronic devices.
Finding a healthy body to inhabit is
nearly impossible today. Souls
have to take whatever bodies they can get – and there are not enough of
these. This is one reason not to
have an abortion.
Souls also want parents who will feed them properly once they are born. This is also nearly impossible to
find. They also want parents who
will not vaccinate them and will not load them up with antibiotics and other
toxic substances.
The merit
system for souls. Souls are given bodies by a merit
system. As a result, you will
likely have wiser souls in your babyŐs body if you follow a development
program.
The reason is that older and more advanced souls are given priority
when a healthier mother-to-be is found. Your souls will also be much happier and better able
to do their jobs if your body and your babyŐs body are well-nourished
and cared for properly.
OUR SICK BABIES AND CHILDREN
Most,
if not all children today are born with significant levels of at least a dozen
toxic metals in their bodies. They
are also ALL nutritional deficient, in our experience, even if the mother and
father do their best to eat healthfully.
These
imbalances are the result of toxicity and deficiencies in the mothers, and they
are due to poor quality prenatal care.
We sometimes refer to todayŐs babies and children as burnout
babies. This sounds very
negative, but it is quite accurate.
CREATING SUPERBABIES
Most
woman can have a baby that is much healthier than average. We have been blessed to observe at
least 100 of these children over the past 39 years. They were born to mothers who followed a complete
development program.
We call these
superbabies because
that is what they are. It
means:
1. Much better health! The superbabies rarely get sick. If they feel ill, it is usually retracing and it is over
quickly without needing doctors and drugs. This means many fewer doctor visits, and more time for fun
and enjoyment with your child!
2. Faster and better physical
development. The superbabies are stronger, better coordinated, less likely
to have accidents and injuries.
3. Better emotionally. The
supers, as they like to be called, tend to be more emotionally mature for their
age. This means better behavior,
better at handling stress, calmer and more self-assured and poised.
4. Smarter. These
babies have better brains – often much better brains. This makes them smarter than other
babies.
This
is the promise and the reality of our experience when young women and mothers
are willing to embark on a development program for themselves. It is best to begin a program before
becoming pregnant, as it takes a few years or longer to really upgrade oneŐs
health. However, it is helpful to
begin a program when you become pregnant, as well.
II. BASICS OF PREGNANCY
CARE IN THE THIRD MODEL OR DEVELOPMENT PARADIGM OF HEALTH CARE
PRINCIPLES
1. Healthy children depend mainly on the
health of the mother, and to a lesser degree on the health of the father. This fact is well known among animal
breeders. It is the truth.
This means that if the mother is poorly nourished or toxic, the baby
will be the same. This opens the
baby up to genetic defects, autism, ADD, ADHD, delayed development, infections
and many more problems.
2. Everyone today is toxic and depleted. This is true even if you eat a good
diet and you feel well. Our
experience is that basically all young mothers-to-be are malnourished and toxic
today.
This is due to a poor quality food supply, improper diet, stress, poor
eating habits, use of medical drugs and other reasons. For more on this critical topic, read

3. Get
started with prenatal care now, even if you are a teenager reading this
article. You will not become
healthy, by our standards, in a month or even in a year or more. It takes time to build up oneŐs body
chemistry, to balance the body and remove two dozen
toxic metals.
However, do not use chelation to remove toxic
metals from the body. This method always
depletes some vital minerals. This
applies to both natural chelators as well as drug chelators, in all forms and methods. A development program works much better
and is safer. For details, read Chelation.
4. All toxins are bad for your health, bar
none. Therefore, an important
principle to improve your health and reduce toxicity is to do your best to
avoid all toxic substances that you may breathe, touch, eat, or drink.
BASICS MEASURES
Upgrade
your diet. It is worth it. Begin by eliminating all products made
with bleached white flour, white sugar, and corn syrup. This alone is a big step for many
people.
Also, avoid all processed meats, processed cheeses, candy, cookies, ice
cream, pastries, donuts, and most processed and packaged foods.
Eat
fresh food, not frozen. For development, we find
that frozen food is not nearly as good as fresh food. Even canned food is better than most frozen food, for some
reason.
Eat
70% of your diet as cooked vegetables. This means
a lot of them. Eat cooked
vegetables three times a day.
If
possible, eat organically grown food to reduce your pesticide load and increase
your nutrition. Organically grown food was shown in a
1993 study in the Journal of Applied
Nutrition (45:1, pp. 35-39) to contain an average of more than twice the
mineral content of regular supermarket food. More and more markets are selling organic foods.
Stay
away from all vegetarian, vegan, and semi-vegetarian diets. These simply will not nourish you well enough. A recent study showed five times
greater likelihood of the birth defect hypospadias in women who followed a vegetarian diet during
pregnancy.
Eat 4-5 ounce
portions of animal protein twice daily.
Eggs are also very good foods. However, eggs must be either soft boiled or poached or
lightly fried so that in all cases the yolk is runny. Also, women need to limit eggs to 6 per week only. Eating more than 6 per week leaves a
toxin in the liver that is difficult to remove.
Eat
8 ounces per week of plain, goat yogurt.
Cook most food. except some raw cheese or yogurt or milk, for the best
absorption of nutrients.
Reduce
or eliminate caffeine. One cup of tea or even a small cup of regular coffee are okay, though not
great. Strictly avoid cappuccinos,
lattes and expressos, which are too strong and
irritate the digestive system.
An
exception to the above is that daily coffee enemas, up to four per day, so far
are very safe during pregnancy. They
assist detoxification through the liver and colon in wonderful ways that cannot
be accomplished any other way of which we are aware.
Eliminate
all wheat and spelt from your diet.
These
are very hybridized foods that are irritating to the intestines, even 100%
organic whole wheat. Other whole
grains are okay. Blue corn chips
are an excellent food for development, about 5-8 per meal.
If
possible, drink only 10-12 ounces of carrot juice daily. Do not become a ŇjuicerÓ and drink more. It is too yin and sugary. Do not drink the juice with your
meal. Have it at least 10 minutes
before a meal or have it as a snack between meals. Drinking a lot of liquids with meals dilutes stomach acid
and interferes with digestion.
Avoid
fruit and have no fruit juices. They
are all too sugary and yin. This is
very important.
LIFESTYLE
Go
to bed by 9 PM at the latest, and better by 8 PM. The hours before midnight are best for resting and restoring
the body.
Do some gentle exercise such as walking, but Ôworking outŐ and vigorous
exercise is not needed or helpful.
Avoid health clubs, which are generally quite dirty and dangerous for
young women.
Live
a wholesome lifestyle, meaning stay away from all drugs, even over-the-counter
medication and recreational drugs.
Also, maintain high moral standards and avoid loose sex, lying, smoking,
tattoos, and other toxic habits.

NUTRITIONAL SUPPLEMENTS
These are absolutely necessary during pregnancy, and not an
option. We suggest two possible
types of supplement recommendations:
I. The Basic
Supplement regimen must include:
1. Paramin 1-1-1 (which means
1 three times daily with meals). (This is a very good quality calcium/magnesium
supplement).
2. GB-3 1-1-1. (pancreatin
and ox bile for digestion and liver detoxification).
3. EPA-DHA 300 1-1-1. (fish oil with 900 mg
omega-3 fatty acids). Do not use
krill oil, borage oil, primrose oil or others, which are somewhat toxic.
4. Vitamin D3, 5000 iu daily.
5. Kelp, about 4000 mg daily. This must be from NatureŐs Way kelp capsules, or Endomet kelp or Frontier Herbs kelp granules or powder
only. Other brands are more toxic
for some reason.
6. A multi-vitamin.
For Pregnancy, everyone needs a multivitamin tablet to serve as a
pre-natal vitamin. We suggest Megapan from Endomet Labs, at
least one per day, in most cases.
Note that it does not contain iron. While some pregnant women need extra iron, many do not need
it, especially early in pregnancy, and the iron is slightly toxic if one does
not need it.
II. The individualized program:
This
requires contacting any of the Approved Practitioners
listed on this website. He or she
will have you fill out some forms and send in a hair sample. This will allow us to set up a complete
development program for you. This
is the best pregnancy care we know of, and will include about 8 to 10
nutritional supplements and a diet tailored to your particular needs.
THE DETOXIFICATION AND DEVELOPMENT PROCEDURES
These are
superb during pregnancy. Most
pregnant women need and benefit greatly from these procedures, especially the
use of a red heat lamp.
The only
caution is that red heat lamp therapy or red heat lamp sauna therapy needs to
be on your back only. Shining the
lamp on your stomach can be annoying for your baby inside. You can use a single red heat lamp on
your back for up to one hour daily.
HEALTHY MENTAL ATTITUDES
These
can make a great difference in the success of your pregnancy and in the health
of your baby. Judeo-Christian
principles are the best. Follow
the Ten Commandments of Moses and the golden rule in all your dealing and your
thinking.
Let go of anger and resentment whenever if occurs. Learn to forgive seventy times seven
times. This does not mean to
forget or to excuse bad behavior.
It means do not hold on to resentments. Move on. Keep a
positive outlook on life and let go of negative thinking when it arises. Read and listen to spiritually
uplifting material as your Ômental dietŐ.

SAFETY OF A DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM DURING PREGNANCY
When we began offering
development programs, we did not know if the programs were safe for
pregnancy. So far, however, our experience indicates that a development
program is not only safe but greatly increases the safety of pregnancy, labor
and delivery.
Statistically speaking, standard prenatal care is not safe.
Safety concerns. We are often asked the following
questions:
1. Can toxic metals from a pregnant motherŐs body that are eliminated
due to her development program find their way into the
baby and cause problems? This does
not appear to occur.
In fact, the opposite occurs.
Placing the mother on a development program greatly assists the baby to
be born with fewer toxic metals.
2.
Can a healing reaction in the mother negatively impact her baby? We have not seen this occur.
3.
Does a development program provide all the nutrients a pregnant woman requires. The
answer is yes, except in a few cases discussed below. A development program supplies many more nutrients than
taking a regular pre-natal vitamin and following a standard diet.
Although
we have never seen a problem, we continue to research and study pregnant women
on programs to make sure they are safe.
ALTERATIONS TO A DEVELOPMENT PROGRAM FOR
PREGNANCY
1. Use a red heat lamp only on
your back, not on your chest and abdomen.
The reason is the babies donŐt like it on the chest and
abdomen, in some cases.
2. If your body chemistry is in
a four lows pattern when you are
pregnant, add one Megapan tablet to your program.
This
is because a four lows development program does not contain any folate or a multi-vitamin-mineral formula.
You
will get a lot of folate if you eat plenty of cooked
vegetables, but a supplement is for safety.
3. We do not recommend medically-prescribed pre-natal vitamin pills. They have the following problems:
-
They are not formulated to balance your metabolic type and patterns, so they
tend to unbalance the body chemistry.
-
They do not contain enough of some nutrients.
-
Many contain cheap or less effective forms of some nutrients such as iron that
are irritating or less effective for these reasons.
-
Most contain too much iron for the first and second trimester of pregnancy.
-
Other problems, such as too much calcium and not enough magnesium.
4. If you are pregnant and
taking SBF on a development program, add a folate
supplement to your program. This is because SBF does not supply added folate, and this nutrient helps prevent birth defects.
You
will get plenty of folate if you eat lots of cooked
vegetables, as we suggest to everyone, but taking a supplement is for greater
safety.
5. Iron. Most development programs do not contain
supplementary iron. We find it is
not needed in many cases of pregnancy if one eats red meat twice or three times
weekly, and eats some dark green cooked vegetables (not salads) several times weekly.
In
our experience, salads do not provide much nutrition because human beings
cannot digest tough vegetable fiber unless vegetables are cooked until soft.
However,
later in a pregnancy, some women will need an iron supplement
as the baby will take on a three-year supply of iron from the mother. In this case, we suggest adding 3 or 4
desiccated liver tablets daily or a chelated iron
supplement to the program. The
liver tablets unbalance the body chemistry the least.
Standard
iron tablets prescribed by doctors are poorly absorbed and can be irritating to
the digestive system. We would
avoid them.
FOUR LOWS, AGE 40 AND PREGNANCY
In
general, we do not suggest getting pregnant if you are over age 40 or if your
body chemistry is in a four lows pattern
on a hair mineral test. The reason
is that these factors make pregnancy a little less safe, increasing the chances
of complications and birth defects.
However, if one follows a
development program for a year prior to pregnancy and during pregnancy, we
believe it is safe to get pregnant up to the age of 45.
COMMON PROBLEMS OF PREGNANCY
Miscarriages. This is a serious concern for some women. For much more on this important subject, please read the

Morning Sickness. This
is very common today. The symptom
is nausea, which can last all day and can be so extreme that a pregnant woman
begins to lose weight and become malnourished because she cannot hold down
enough food to even keep up her weight.
If you are following a development program and this occurs,
immediately ask your Helper to have Dr. Wilson review your entire development
program.
Coffee enemas can be wonderful for morning
sickness, and will often give one several hours, at least, of freedom from
nausea so you can eat. It is fine
to repeat the enemas daily, or two or three times daily, if needed.
Pre-eclampsia and eclampsia. So
far, these do not occur if a woman follows a development program.
Weight gain. The
baby may be smaller, but not premature, if a woman follows a development
program. This makes labor and
delivery much easier, faster, and safer.
The reason the baby may be smaller is that the baby is more yang in macrobiotic terminology. Yang means more compact.
Gestational diabetes. This
does not occur, so far, if a woman follows a proper nutrition program.
Medications. Avoid over-the-counter or
prescription medications unless absolutely needed. According to a 2009 report entitled Death By Medicine, modern
drug medical care is now the leading cause of death in America. Always try natural remedies first.
Especially during pregnancy,
or even if you remotely believe you are pregnant, be very careful with any
drugs, and even herbs, even if prescribed by a doctor or naturopath. They may not realize that it is
not safe for mothers carrying developing children in their wombs.
Toxic
Chemicals. Carefully throw away all toxic cleaning
chemicals, insecticides, pesticides, toxic paints, and other poisons in your
home and work space. There are
safe alternatives for most of these.
As much as possible, surround yourself with natural materials, use
natural-fiber clothing, and make sure homes and work areas are well-ventilated.
Loose sexual behavior at any time. Being loose is a killer of
your health. Young men and women
who do this always pick up sexually transmitted infections, no matter how much
you deny it.
Most STDs cannot be treated with medical methods or natural
methods. They just stay there,
growing slowly until they reach the brain and vital organs and sap your
strength and that of your children.
Babies can pick them up as they pass through the birth canal.
This is the truth about STDs, and we are sorry that doctors, parents
and others either donŐt know the truth, or donŐt care enough to warn you.
If
you are wise, do not have steady boyfriends or girlfriends in high school and
even in college. Dating is not
important in high school or college (Some will think we are crazy for saying
this, but it is true.) Group

VACCINATIONS
The
author recently spoke to a mother whose child received the DPT vaccine at age
one. Soon after, the child
contracted pertussis or whooping cough from the
vaccine.
Afterwards, his development regressed, and he is
now autistic with persistent developmental disability or PDD. This
is a very common and sad story.
You
will not get the truth about vaccines from a licensed doctor because if they
tell the truth, the doctor will lose his or her medical license.
The truth is, vaccines are not responsible for the
decline of major diseases. Many of
them donŐt work at all. Most
important, they are very dangerous.
Vaccines are especially dangerous for babies.
Longer-term effects of vaccines are also unclear and difficult to
trace.
The
structure of vaccines is such that there is no question that illness could be
triggered later by the use of vaccines.
Many vaccines are preserved with mercury and aluminum, two very toxic
elements.

THE NEW HEALTH CARE PARADIGM
The
new way of living, particularly for women, is to take care of your body when you are
young so you will have healthy children. It would save the nations trillions of dollars, extreme
heartache and disappointment, and improve the human race immeasurably. You can live the new paradigm now!
In
fact, did you know that young women used to take much better care of their
bodies than they do today. Women were discouraged from smoking, drinking alcohol, and
using any type of drugs, including medical drugs unless absolutely needed. They were told not to stay up late, not
to use toxic makeup, and to care for their bodies as though they are
great treasures, which they are.
As a result, their children were much healthier than they are today. For example, the birth defect rate has
doubled since 1950 in the United States and most of Europe. This is directly due to consuming poor
quality food and water, and living toxic lifestyles.
Today,
everything is backwards. Girls and
young women are actually encouraged in college and even high school to stay up
late to get the best grades. They
often eat the worst junk food, and even use drugs, at times, because they are
now ŇliberatedÓ.
Many have sex with their boyfriends, and use birth control pills or
patches or IUDs. These are killers
of oneŐs health! This is not liberation, it is death.
If you are wise, young ladies, do not
listen to the so-called ŇwomenŐs liberation movementÓ. They falsely teach that women can and
should do all the stupid and dangerous things that the boys do. Thanks to this false teaching, young
women today get raped much more, are sick much more, more depressed, get many
more sexually transmitted diseases, and overall are a mess.
Real womenŐs liberation is to free oneself
from all of societyŐs bad habits, instead of copying menŐs bad habits.
Until this shift
occurs, wise young women will have to take the initiative. Be different from your friends! Maybe you will start a trend.
DONŐT TRUST THE MAINSTREAM MEDIA FOR YOUR
HEALTH NEEDS
Women
also need to learn not to trust the media and their doctors and public health
officials when it comes to health information. These ŇauthoritiesÓ sadly do not deserve their positions. They are often stupid or ignorant, and
often bribed or at least tempted in various ways to go along with drug company
propaganda, physician-caused propaganda and other corrupt activities.
Women
must learn the truth about vaccines, medical drugs, recreational
drugs including marijuana or cannabis, alcohol use, birth control pills and
patches and IUDs, loose sex, and more if they wish to have healthy
children.
WHY START YOUR PRENATAL PROGRAM NOW?
One
of the most important problems with current prenatal care is that usually a
woman does not know she is pregnant until she misses a period, several weeks
after conception. By this time,
the pregnancy is well underway. It
is far too late to begin prenatal care.
The first 8-12 weeks of pregnancy or first trimester are critical for a
babyŐs development and growth. All
the organs and tissues are formed in the first 8-12 weeks.
PRENATAL CARE AMONG HEALTHY ABORIGINAL
PEOPLE
Dr.
Weston Price, DDS, toured the world about a century ago, seeking the most healthy people he could find. When he found healthy tribes of people, he studied their
ways of eating and living. All the
healthy groups were very concerned about having healthy children.
He
found that in several of the healthy groups, the young girls were given a
special diet in order that they would have the best possible chance for healthy
babies. The diet was started as soon as a
girl reached puberty. This
just makes sense, and it is basically what I am advocating in this article.
INHERITED OR CONGENITAL?
More
and more health conditions today are blamed on faulty genes. This fatalistic idea is not only
depressing, but in many cases incorrect.
The fact is, nutrients are needed to activate
genes.
If the proper nutrition were present, many if not most birth defect
would not occur. Folic acid and
zinc are just two among many vitamins and minerals that can, in fact, prevent
birth defects. This is well known
in medical science, but is basically ignored by doctors who tell young women
they can eat what they want and live unhealthy or stressful lifestyles that
deplete their zinc.
Toxic
metals interfere with nutrients and are highly associated with genetic
defects. Published research proves
that toxic metals such as cadmium, copper, mercury and others pass through the
placenta, affecting the health of the baby. Textbooks on toxic metals refer to
babies as "sinks" for toxic metals. Genetic research is wonderful, but it will never replace
improving the health of the parents in order to produce healthy offspring.
Did
you know that many prescription medications antagonize or deplete
nutrients? Folic acid antagonists
include tripmethoprim, triampterine,
carbamazepine, phenytoin, penobarbitol (Dilantin) and primidone.
Antibiotics often kill the beneficial bacteria that produce folic acid,
a vitamin necessary to avoid birth defects.
Other
problem medications include Aspirin, barbituates, over-the-counter cough medicines containing dextromethorphan,
Celebrex, cholestyramine (Questran),
Cimetadine, Colistipol,
corticosteroids, ethosuximide, hydrochlorthiazide,
indomethacin, methotrexate,
methsuximide, nizatidine,
non-steroidal anti-inflammatories, birth control
pills, ranitidine bismuth citrate, ranitidine hydrochloride, and valproic acid. The best idea, by far, is to avoid all
over-the-counter and all prescription medicines unless absolutely needed for a
definite physical disease.
Also,
avoid most skin care products and
cosmetics unless they contain only completely natural ingredients. Common products such as hair dyes, nail
polish, lipsticks and others often contain toxic chemicals that can harm a baby
as it grows inside the womb. It is
not that the product contains such poisonous substances, although some do, but
it is the combination of products
used for months or several years that is the problem. There are no long-term studies on these products, and they
would be impossible to run studies of combinations of all the products young
women, and some men, use on their bodies today. All we know is that more and more children are being born
defective and prone to many ailments that did not formerly occur. Poisons tend to accumulate in the body,
so why take chances.
TOXIC METALS AND TOXIC CHEMICALS
When a person doesnŐt ingest enough
essential nutrients, the body absorbs more toxic metals from the environment. Low zinc, manganese and vitamin C
intake, for example, can cause an increase in copper. High copper is associated
with problems of pregnancy such as morning sickness, pre-eclampsia,
eclampsia and post-partum depression. It also passes through the placenta and
is associated with birth defects, ear infections and learning and developmental
problems in children.
Toxic
metals include mercury used in dental fillings and as a preservative in
vaccines and flu shots. Cadmium is
found in cigarette smoke, tap water and junk foods. Lead is found in paints, dyes, and many other places. All these are highly toxic to the
unborn, and pass easily through the placenta from mother to child.
Toxic
chemicals are also found in household chemicals, cleaners, paints, tap water,
building materials, even synthetic clothing and synthetic carpets. Reducing your toxic load when you
become pregnant is good, but rather late.
It takes many months or years to remove all the toxic chemicals from
your body. Sauna therapy, however,
is one way to greatly speed up the process.
For
example, cadmium found in cigarette smoke has a half-life of 27 years. This means it takes 27 years for half
of it to leave the body. The time
can be shortened with a development program. However, the best time to start cleaning these out of your
body is now.
