A secret of the effectiveness of nutritional balancing programs is they tap into the human system at what are called control points in the language of general systems theory.  This may sound esoteric, but it is really quite simple:

Every system has places from which one can more easily alter and control the entire system.  This is a key principle used in nutritional balancing science.

Finding these points is not easy, however.   They can be unusual or strange, and they may not make much sense.

AN ANALOGY

Controlling the direction of a large ship in the ocean is not easy.  However, it is much easier using a small structure on the end of the rudder called the trim tab.

When activated, the trim tab turns the rudder, and then the rudder turns the entire ship around.  So the trim tab is an example of a powerful control point on a large ocean-going ship.

(The trim tab of a ship is somewhat like the hair sodium/potassium ratio of a person.  The rudder of a ship is somewhat like a personŐs oxidation rate.  Hair samples must not be washed at the laboratory for accurate mineral readings.)

EXAMPLES OF HUMAN CONTROL POINTS

Among the most important points are:

Physically:

1. Restore the colon and use coffee rectally and perhaps vaginally.

2. Restore the skin using the lamp sauna.

3. Restore the digestive system with the cooked vegetable diet and proper supplements.

4. Help restore the body with foot and hand reflexology.

5. Keep the spine aligned with chiropractic.

Biochemically:

1. Correct the sodium/potassium ratio on a hair mineral analysis.

2. Correct the oxidation rate on a hair mineral analysis.

3. Oxygenate the body better with deep breathing and oxygen therapies such as using an ozonator air purifier and taking peroxide baths.

4. Hydrate the body better with spring water or carbon-only filtered tap water, but not reverse osmosis or many other types of water.

5. Restore key minerals such as calcium, magnesium, iodine and zinc.

6. Get plenty of rest and sleep, rather than focus so much on exercise.

7. Use supplements such as TMG (trimethylglycine), which have amazing effects, yet are simple.

Energetically:

1. Draw energy downward from the head to the feet. (This is the Roy Masters exercise with my modification.)  This has an amazingly powerful balancing and strengthening effect on the entire human system.
