DEVELOPMENT AND SEXUALITY

              Several areas related to sex are important to consider in relation to development.

 

1. Limit sexual fluid loss as much as possible.  Have sex with orgasm only once a week or less for this reason. 

Sexual fluid is rich in nutrients.  Its loss also makes the body more yin.

 

2. Avoid STDs.  The best way to do this is to avoid all casual sex, no matter what the person tells you about whether they have diseases.

Condoms are helpful, but donŐt always stay on and even if they do, they can break.

 

              3. Change your attitudes about sex.  Let go of the idea that an active sex life is required for your self esteem, your ego, your relationship or partnerships, or anything else. 

This is not the accepted norm of Western and even Eastern society on earth.  So one must buck the trend, the TV shows, the books, and the commentators all the way.

            Another attitude to change is that more regular sex is better.  In fact, it is the opposite.  Know that those who wish to control you will often encourage sexual activity.  They know what you do not – that regular sexual activity actually weakens, distracts and detracts from your health, beauty and length of life.

It tends to throw people out of control, especially women, which makes them far easier to control in the end.  So please know that more sexual activity is not better, but worse for development for these reasons.
