GOOD NUTRITION IS NOT ENOUGH

Many people ask me why they do not feel well, even though they eat a “good quality diet” and they take supplements. Many of these people have also had many tests with their naturopath or holistic medical doctor. They cannot understand why they do not feel well after spending a lot of time and money on their health.
The answer, in a nutshell, is that this is not enough to heal the body and brain, in many cases. Stated differently, the answer is that nutritional balancing science is a very special and precise method of healing that cannot be done using blood and urine testing, for example, or with chelation therapy, or with hormone replacement therapy. It also cannot be done with a Paleolithic diet, a vegetarian diet, a GAPS diet, or some other diet that follows different principles than the cooked vegetable diet I suggest (see the fast oxidizer diet and the slow oxidizer diet).
Nutritional balancing consists of about 8 or 9 elements or aspects - all of which must be done correctly or it won’t work well. This is one reason it does not work well at all doing it on your own. Guidance is needed in all cases, even though every effort is made to explain the program, in general terms, on this website. However, this does not replace working with one of the Approved Consultants listed on this site.
Each of these aspects or element is critical – especially the diet and the basic supplements. This includes what to eat, and what you must not eat. It includes which supplements you must take, and which you must avoid. The same is true of the five or six recommended procedures. For example:
- Doing a lot of colonic irrigation instead of coffee enemas will not work.
- Using a far infrared sauna does not work nearly as well as a near infrared lamp sauna.
- Other meditations or mental exercises other than the Roy Masters exercise with my modification does not work.
- Lifestyle factors such as getting enough rest and avoiding most exercise is also important.
- Following the supplement recommendations from Analytical Research Labs (in late 2013) or other labs will not work nearly as well.
- Remaining on your thyroid or other replacement hormones, or continuing to do chelation or homeopathy will not work well.
- Continuing with almost all herbal remedies will not work well at all.
I do not say these things to criticize other people or their healing methods. However, we have tried their methods and they do not do the same thing as a nutritional balancing program. Most of them are very yin in macrobiotic terms, and it wrecks the entire nutritional balancing program. So it is necessary to say these things to help explain why some people do not succeed with nutritional balancing.
A MECHANICAL PROGRAM
When all the elements are done correctly, a properly designed nutritional balancing program is quite mechanical in its effects. This means that when done properly, excellent results occur automatically. This is what I mean that the program is mechanical in its operation.
If results do not occur, in basically all cases the person is doing something that is ruining the program. It may seem harmless, like staying up too late at night or drinking alkaline water, or avoiding red meat, or having sex more than about once a week maximum - and less than that for older people. So one must be careful and sometimes special attention is needed to figure out what is faulty.
