I. INTRODUCTION
Circulation is a very basic principle of life. This is a core article. Circulation is movement, one of the key elements of life. This article discusses various aspects of circulation.
IMPAIRED CIRCULATION
Impaired circulation is a very common health condition.
An extreme form occurs with Raynaud’s disease – discussed in a separate article.
Impaired circulation can be divided or classified into yin or lack AND a yang type, which might be called excessive heat or congestion.
II. CAUSES FOR YIN OR EMPTY OR COLD IMPAIRED CIRCULATION
1. Sympathetic dominance. This is an imbalance of the autonomic nervous system in which one overuses the emergency branch or sympathetic branch of the autonomic nervous system. It is extremely common today.
The sympathetic system sends more blood to the heart, brain and muscles. These organs have more to do with physical movement and what is called fight-or-flight behavior such as running and fighting.
The parasympathetic stimulation sends more blood to the liver, spleen, pancreas and kidneys. These are the organs of digestion, elimination and regeneration of the body.
The sympathetic system also has a general warming effect that assist circulation. However, too much leads to inflammation and congestion.
Another action of the sympathetic nervous system is to move blood away from the periphery of the body and cause it to pool in the center of the body. This is a defense mechanism of the body in case of an attack or injury. It causes a combination of too much heat in the central part of the body and cold or yin in the extremities.
2. Low thyroid or adrenal gland activity. This causes fatigue and can cause sluggish circulation.
3. Low overall vitality. This often occurs in older people, but could occur in anyone.
4. A weak heart
5. Weak kidneys
6. Damaged, clogged or blocked arteries, veins or lymph channels.
7. Damaged, clogged, or blocked vertical energy channels. These are sometimes called meridians in acupuncture and other sciences.
8. Negative emotions such as fear, anger, guilt, resentment, frustration, and hostility.
9. Improper beliefs such as antagonism, no God, no Love, no Truth.
10. Nutritional deficiencies. This does all kinds of damage. For example, the body may not produce enough energy. Adaptive energy is required for circulation. Bad nutrition also damages the arteries, veins, lymph channels and energy channels.
Types of nutrition. Nutrition includes food, water, and the air one breathes. All are important and vital for good circulation. For example, most people are somewhat dehydrated and don't breath deeply. This is very damaging for circulation.
An unusual type of nutrition are frequencies or rays. Sunshine provides many of these and in moderation is excellent for circulation. Near infrared lamp sauna therapy is also wonderful to assist to normalize circulation. It is an important part of the development program discussed below.
11. Toxicity with heavy metals, toxic chemicals, radiation, or perhaps other types of toxins. These damage the arteries, veins, lymph channels and energy channels. They can also clog the channels and block the channels.
12. Rogue equipment that stops the spinning of the energy centers and damages the energy channels and energy systems of the body. Among them are left spinners, ratchets, uppers and others.
13. The physics quality called yin. Some translate this word to mean cold. When a body is cold, usually circulation is impaired. This quality includes a slowing of the movement of particles in bodies and everywhere.
14. Lack of blood or lymph or chi or other circulating substance.
III. TOO MUCH CIRCULATION OR HEAT
This is also a circulation problem that is common. Qualities of this are congestion and inflammation. It is also a very common problem in the bodies today.
IV. CORRECTION
The development program takes care of many causes for bad circulation. At times, correction is rapid. However, to rebuild the glandular system and move out of sympathetic dominance can require a number of years on a program.
