DEFINITION

To assist the removal of toxic metals or toxic chemicals, the body can use calcium, magnesium and/or zinc as 'shepherds' to facilitate the safe removal of the toxins.

Hair analysis evidence. When shepherding is present, the hair level of calcium, magnesium and/or zinc may increase.

One or several. At times, only one mineral rises on a shepherd pattern. For example, commonly zinc acts as a shepherd.

A complete shepherd pattern. This is present when the level of calcium, magnesium and zinc all rise on a retest hair mineral analysis.

A VERY BASIC PHYSIOLOGICAL MECHANISM

The shepherd concept is required to protect the body from the toxic substances during elimination. It is a very basic mechanism of life and essential for good health.

One of the worst problems with mineral deficiencies, which are universal today, is there is not enough extra vital minerals available to act as shepherds.

THE SHEPHERD AND THE FIGHT-OR-FLIGHT RESPONSE

The fight-or-flight response. The basic response of the body to any stressor involves a rapid elimination through the urine of calcium, magnesium and zinc.

This occurs because the body is gearing up to either fight or to run away. Calcium, magnesium and zinc are sedatives and in a fight you don't need them or want them. One want to be as alert as possible. So these are eliminated within a few minutes of the beginning of a stressful incident or trauma.

The problem is that after the incident, the body is left deficient in the sedative minerals. This makes it impossible to use the shepherd concept to assist toxin elimination. Unless one replaces the minerals, one remains permanently crippled.

Another problem is that when the body eliminates the sedatives, it loses a powerful protective mechanism that keeps out toxic substances. Without enough calcium, magnesium and zinc, the body much more easily absorbs replacements for them, which are toxic metals.

Preferred minerals. This is another very basic life concept. For details, read The Concept Of Preferred Minerals.

One of the worst problems of rape and other serious traumas is that they knock out calcium, magnesium and zinc within minutes. Then, after the incident, the body can no longer properly eliminate toxins and therefore cannot heal and cannot develop quickly.

Also, the rapist knows this mechanism and supplies the person's body with toxic replacements for the vital minerals. He does this with the grease and other substances he wipes on the body. He also uses his sweat, sperm, saliva and at times, his urine and feces – all of which contain a lot of toxins. This is an important reason he wants the person naked – to better absorb all the poisons.

Some people are also forced to drink small cups or vials of poisons during the rape. Occasionally he forces a person to suck on his wet finger or he licks his filthy finger and then forces it into the person's vagina, mouth, ear, or eye.

This is instant filth that usually lasts a lifetime and is very difficult to reverse. It fixes the trauma in the body in very deep ways that require a few years on the development program to reverse.

However, it is possible to reverse the intense poisoning of rapes by restoring the shepherd system. Our clients achieve this all the time.

They all report that when the toxins come out, it feels as though a yoke has been lifted off their back and they are a new person. This can be achieved at any time, even 50 years after a rape.

Leaving the cult. We sometimes call this exciting event and accompanying hair analysis pattern leaving the cult. For a related article, read The Cult Of Rape Diet.

IS THE INCREASE IN THE HAIR ZINC, CALCIUM AND/OR MAGNESIUM LEVEL A CONCERN?

In some cases, the level of zinc and perhaps calcium can rise very high during a toxin elimination. This causes concern for our clients and our practitioners.

However, it is not a concern. In fact, it is an excellent hair mineral pattern.

A RAPID ELIMINATION PATTERN

A shepherd pattern is a rapid toxin elimination pattern, which is very positive. A shepherd safely guides his creatures. The shepherd concept is that certain minerals act like shepherds to assist the safe elimination of toxic metals from the body.

II. DETAILS

THE HORROR OF TOXIC METAL ELIMINATION

Healing and development are long paths with many steps along the way. We want it to occur as quickly as possible. A factor that limits the speed of healing and development is the difficulty of safely eliminating certain toxins from the body.

Removing toxic metals from the body safely is not a simple matter because they tend to damage everything they touch. For example, they can damage one's kidneys, liver, lungs, skin or intestines – the standard routes of toxin elimination in the body.

We believe that the shepherd concept is a protective mechanism and very important, especially if one wants to heal and develop quickly.

WHY ARE ONLY CERTAIN MINERALS THE SHEPHERDS?

Because they posses the right qualities to guide the removal of toxic metals. Most, if not all of them are what we call the sedative minerals – calcium, magnesium and zinc.

Sedative minerals are those that have a calming and relaxing effect on our bodies. This is exactly what is needed when one eliminates an irritating toxic substance from the body.

HOW DOES THE BODY DECIDE WHICH OF THE SEDATIVE MINERALS TO USE IN EACH SITUATION?

This depends upon which toxins are being eliminated. For example, a common toxin the body must eliminate is lead. Lead is used in lubricants and found in the greasy soapy mixture the rogues use when they rape babies, children and adults. It has a smell and it is a poison one acquires with most of their rapes.

During the development program, a time comes when the body eliminates this lead. It will use zinc and perhaps calcium and magnesium as shepherds because there are effective lead antagonists.

Of course, one has to have enough zinc and calcium to be able to spare some. So it is important to supplement these minerals in the right amounts.

A PROBLEM WITH CHELATION THERAPY

Chelation therapy involves giving a drug that binds toxic metals such as lead. However, we find the body cannot eliminate the lead very well if the shepherd concept is not in play.

In most cases of chelation therapy, the shepherd concept is not involved. In part, this is because the body is out of balance and too low in adaptive energy. Also, most bodies are very deficient in the shepherd minerals.

Responsible practitioners supplement minerals, but don't know how much to give and the chelating drug or substance binds up calcium, zinc and other vital minerals, reducing their availability.

The result is the chelating drugs and the lead tends to build up in the kidneys and damage them.

HOW TO READ THE SHEPHERD PATTERN ON A HAIR MINERAL ANALYSIS

Noticing zinc as a shepherd is not too difficult. There are only two main reasons why the hair zinc rises, often sharply, on a retest. One reason is the shepherd pattern. The other is the use of Head N Shoulders shampoo.

Interpreting a rise in calcium and magnesium is more difficult and we depend upon speaking with the planning souls about it. A rise in one or two of these minerals can be:

- a shell pattern, which is protective, but slightly different in meaning. A shell is often a psychological buffer pattern or suppressed emotion pattern.

- an elimination of toxic calcium or magnesium

- a shepherd pattern.

- a coming alive pattern.

- a slowing of the oxidation rate.

- in a few cases, it is part of another metabolic pattern.
