BUILDING
POWER

This
is a most important article for healing the body and the mind. It is also important for developing
certain abilities of which all human beings are capable. Power, as here defined, means the ability to move
energy downward from the head to the feet in a forceful and consistent
manner. This article discusses
some simple methods to do this and learn to do it better. Here they are:
1. The Roy Masters meditation exercise. This is the main method I recommend for learning to have more power. The exercise is simple, and described fully in the article entitled Meditation For Healing on this site. Do this exercise at least one hour daily, and also any other time that you can recall to do it. For example, you can do it while standing in line at the supermarket, while walking, sitting, lying down, and even while driving if you are very careful to drive slowly and safely. Do not do this while driving in any more dangerous situations such as on highways or crowded streets or where there are pedestrians.
2. Employ open water. Place one or more bottles of open water or Ice Age Glacial spring water at the foot of your bed, at the exact location and height where your feet will be during the entire night while you sleep. You will find that this will gently and slowly move energy downward from your head to your feet. This method is described in a little more detail in the article entitled Open Water.
3. Pretend you are being pulled downward each time you breathe, and breathe from your toes. This is sometimes called toe breathing in some traditions.
4. Do coffee enemas daily. While the coffee is inside the rectum, do the Roy Masters meditation exercise. This will often enhance the downward movement of energy.
5. Walk every day, if possible. This method is very ancient, but it works. When you walk, also be aware of your feet and move energy downward while you walk.
6. Run or move the feet vigorously every day. This is similar to the walking exercise, but it can help as well. Walking is often a little better, but some people are afraid to just walk. Running can do the same thing if this is your situation.
These methods, done daily and consistently, will slowly develop power in yourself that will serve you your entire lifetime.
