This is a summary article of how to speed up your progress on your development program:

1. Eat more cooked vegetables.  Very few people eat enough cooked vegetables.  Every adult needs about 9 cups daily of the preferred, cooked, not raw vegetables.  For details, read Food For Daily Use, Food For Occasional Use and Forbidden Foods.

2. AVOID all wheat, fruit, bread, sugar, alcohol and food additives.  In our experience, these foods do not promote healing and development.  For example, we find that eating fruit does not work well today.  It is too sweet, and it picks up a lot of toxic potassium that is used in fertilizers.  For more details, read Fruit-Eating for more details.

Also avoid smoothies and shakes because most are very poor food combinations.  Also reduce all food chemicals and eat only real food.

3. Rest more.  Everyone needs 9-10 hours of sleep, and perhaps a nap. As well.  More is excellent and may be needed for healing and especially for development.

Development is a genetic change in the body that occurs when one follows the development program carefully.  It heals and toughens the body and extends life.  However, it requires a lot of rest to move quickly.  For details, read Introduction To Development.

4. Move your spine each day.  This is done best by taking a 30-minute gentle walk and doing the Spinal Twist procedure every day, at least once.

5. Drink more spring water or carbon-only filtered tap water.  This is a large fault among some clients.  Please do not drink reverse osmosis water, which is also called Òpurified waterÓ or Òdrinking waterÓ in the markets.  It does not hydrate the body well enough, and lacks the correct minerals.

We do not observe any toxic problems drinking out of plastic spring water bottles.  A good idea is to drink about a quart of water in the morning upon awakening.  Then drink two more quarts during the day.  For most people, that is a total of 3 quarts or 3 liters daily.

Children need less, but they, too, need to drink enough water.  Young children usually drink enough, but teenagers often do not drink enough water.

Also AVOID soda pop, kombucha, coconut water, juice, or tea).  The caffeine in tea or coffee, if you drink more than one cup a day, tends to dehydrate the body.

6. Do more coffee enemas.  These seem particularly important today because we are told that they raise the vibration of the body to a higher level that is needed today.  Ideally do two to four enemas daily.

7. Do more of the pulling down procedure. This procedure is very powerful, although it may seem so simple.  Do not forget it, even if you only have 15 minutes to do it each day.  Ideally, do it for two hours or more daily.  An excellent idea is to do it while you hold a coffee enema.

8. Do your best to enjoy your development program.  It will make it much easier.  Perhaps do it with a friend, or do other things to make it enjoyable.
