I. INTRODUCTION

There are two groups of human beings at a certain level. One is the group we call developed. The other is everyone else who is not developed.

WHAT DOES IT MEAN TO BE DEVELOPED?

This is a large subject in itself. However, to summarize, development is a genetic process in which certain genes are activated by eating the correct food and living a healthful lifestyle. As a result, the body becomes much healthier and lasts longer. For details, read Introduction to Development.

Most people on earth are not too developed, and the concept is largely unknown today. It was more widely known in past times, but today this understanding is suppressed.

It is taught at some monasteries and convents around the world, but we are one of the few websites teaching it to the public.

II. DIFFERENCES BETWEEN THE TWO GROUPS OF HUMANS

1. SENSE OF HUMOR

the developed people have a better sense of humor and many believe that too much seriousness is a disease. This is one of the major differences between those who are developed and those who are not.

2. LOVE

Those who are developed have and demonstrate more love. They do this because there is more of a special energy flowing through their bodies and it naturally overflows and radiates to everyone around them.

3. MORE INTEGRITY

Those who are more developed tend to have much higher levels of integrity. This means that they are more honest, more direct, and their lives are more balanced and integrated.

4. HEALTHIER

Those who are developed have healthier bodies. This may not be apparent from their appearance. They may not be as beautiful as some undeveloped bodies, but the body itself is healthier.

III. HOW TO DEVELOP

There are various methods to develop the body and mind. Older methods include yoga, martial arts such as tai chi, and religious methods such as prayer, fasting, chanting and other methods.

Today these methods are not working well. The main reason is that the food is not nutritious enough and all of it contains toxic metals and toxic chemicals. The food also has a lower subtle energy level and is less effective for development for this reason, as well.

Instead, we now recommend a newer method of development. It is similar to the older method in some ways. However, it uses a special diet high in certain cooked vegetables, and it uses a number of procedures.

These include the older mental exercise of moving energy downward from the head to the feet and the older method of twisting the spine, popping the joints, and other twists and pulls and pops. It also includes the older procedure called the neck pull and others, such as the genital bath, down hugs, down walking and down sex (also called yang sex).

The newer method also uses other procedures. These include coffee enemas, red heat lamp sauna, foot and hand reflexology, the trances, and others. For details, read Introduction To The Development Program.
