Life is a battery.    This sounds unusual, but it is true!  Life is a polarized condition of the body, and the body itself is like a battery.  It has a positive pole and a negative pole.

The head is positive, and the feet are negative.  This is why one should do the Pushing Down Exercise every day for as long as you can.

The main points of this article are:

1. Our bodies run on etheric energy, just like a cell phone runs on a battery.

2. We are born with a certain “charge”, like having a 100% charged phone battery.  When this runs down, we’re done for this lifetime.  The body ages, we feel bad, and then it is over.

3. It is possible to conserve battery charge, and it is possible to recharge your battery.

4. The pushing down exercise is the key!

What are batteries?  Batteries are devices that store an electrical charge.  There are dozens of types of batteries.  They all have two kinds of metal in them with an air space or dialectric material (insulator) between the layers of metal.  This is the basic design of all batteries.

Common batteries.  Common ones you know about are the lead-acid batteries in the automobiles and boats, lithium batteries in the cell phones and electric cars, zinc-nickel batteries in the flashlights, nicad batteries in hearing aids and elsewhere, and a few other kinds.

Recharging.  Batteries can all be recharged, but some are much easier and faster to recharge.  Lead-acid batteries recharge in a few seconds, so they are used in the car after starting the motor.

Others take minutes or hours to recharge.  Some don’t recharge well, such as the so-called alkaline batteries, so people throw them away and contaminate the landfills with a little nickel.

Refurbishing.  Some batteries can be rebuilt or refurbished instead of discarding them.  This requires putting the metal ions back in the right places inside the battery.  Lithiums allow this, but most other batteries do not do this as well.

This is enough for now on battery basics.

In addition to the idea that the entire body is a battery, each of our body cells has little batteries in it to help power the cells.

Development matters.  When one is born, one is given fully charged batteries in each cell that are nicads (nickel-cadmium batteries).  These are nice, as anyone knows who has a hearing aid or other device that uses nicad batteries.  However, they don’t retain a charge as well as some other batteries do. They also cannot easily be rebuilt or refurbished, as can some other types.

If you develop yourself to a certain point, the type of battery changes to a less toxic and more long-lived type of battery.  It is a boron type, with some copper and zinc in it.  One must eat well and sleep a lot to obtain these batteries.  This occurs around Stage 2 of development.  To find out about this, read The Stages Of Development.

Boron batteries are less toxic and hold a charge well, but they, too, are difficult to rebuild or refurbish.

If you develop yourself more, you get lithium batteries that last even longer.  This occurs around Stage 15.  These are the best and they last a long time, and they can be rebuilt quite easliy.

Understanding this aspect of physiology helps one understand nutritional balancing, and more.

Let us address each of these ideas:

Other articles, such as Etheric Energy and The Ether Theory, explain that human beings, animals and plants are ether-powered or powered by etheric energy.  We are not powered by the food eat or the water we drink.  These are needed.  However, human, animal and plant bodies also need another type of energy called etheric energy.

We definitely need minerals in cooked vegetables, protein, fats and carbohydrates.  However, these are not enough to sustain a human body if the etheric energy is not sufficient.

Etheric energy is specifically used in the body for biosynthesis.  This means it is needed for DNA replication, RNA synthesis, and protein synthesis from RNA.

Etheric energy is divided into three categories:

1. Intrinsic etheric – the etheric energy we are born with.

2. Environmental ethericetheric energy found in food, water, air and elsewhere.

3. New etheric – this is etheric energy that can be brought into the body using the Pushing Down Exercise.

I will use these words in the rest of this article.

This is another critical concept.  Everyone is born with a certain amount of etheric energy inside the cells of the body.  As one ages, the amount decreases, and when it gets too low, the body cannot regenerate itself and life ends.

We have tiny batteries in each cell.  They come all charged up at birth.  The batteries at birth are NiCads (they contain nickel and cadmium).  They are found in the nucleus of all body cells.  This is part of the design of the body.

Scientists and doctors are not aware of this because the batteries are extremely tiny, and invisible even to microscopes, for this reason.  The article entitled Introduction To Genetics discusses these in more detail.

Construction of the baby’s batteries is an important task during pregnancy.  Excellent mineral and protein nutrition is required to produce these batteries in sufficient quantity and quality.

Also, once the batteries are made by the fetus, the initial charge for them comes from the mother.    This is critical to know!

If the mother is not healthy, the baby will be born “less charged up”.  Often, this is noticeable in a newborn baby.  The baby may be born premature, or may have difficulty suckling or responding to stimulation.  Speech can be delayed, or other problems may arise at birth or soon after.

Animal babies such as calves and dogs are more lethargic and slower to get up on their feet when their mothers are not as healthy.  The problems of newborn babies are increasing as more people live on refined and “junk” food.

Doctors are mostly unaware of the battery situation.  As a result, they recommend very deficient and harmful diets to young mothers-to-be.  This is a terrible waste of human potential and is quite easy to remedy with a nutritional balancing program.

Unfortunately, many people think that a diet high in cooked vegetables is strange because it is not the societal “norm”.  It needs to be the normal diet of everyone!

Even if a baby is born with a deficient “charge” electrically, much can be done to improve the charge.  A nutritional balancing program is designed to do this.  It is the reason for the effectiveness of these programs.

Examples of ways to conserve and recharge the batteries that are part of every nutritional balancing program include:

1. Avoid toxins of all kinds.  This includes all toxic metals, including those found in vaccines, for example.  Most vaccines are preserved with aluminum and mercury.

Most medical drugs are also quite toxic, especially antibiotics and statin drugs.  Natural alternatives work as well or better than these drugs.  Also, do your best to avoid other toxic chemicals in food, water, air and through contact.

Other toxins are emotional and mental.  The articles on this website can guide your thinking to avoid wrong and quite toxic ideas that are common today.

2. Three years of breastfeeding.  Some will say this is too much.  It is true that some babies do not want mothers milk for this long.  But in most cases, this is because the quality of the milk is so poor.  If the mother is on a nutritional balancing program, the quality rapidly improves and the babies continue to want the milk for several years.

3. Get plenty of rest and sleep, and go to bed early each night.  This reduces the draw on your batteries.  It is also one of the most important aspects of all nutritional balancing programs.

4. Eat fresh, natural foods, including some meats and eggs, in simple combinations.  Avoid all wheat, all fruit and sweets that are low in etheric energy and upset digestion.

Fresh, natural foods contain the most etheric energy.  Your body can absorb and store some of it – if you digestion is healthy.  So the correct diet and eating habits will help restore some etheric energy.

Vegetarian diets tend to be harmful for the batteries, even if they are of good quality.  They are missing vital nutrients and are too yin, a quality of food that harms the batteries.

5. Take the correct nutritional supplements only.  Supplements are needed today because the food is missing some nutrients, stress increases the need for some nutrients, and because we can use a few nutrients to balance body chemistry.

Doing this greatly assists digestion and helps the body to be able to absorb more environmental etheric energy.

6. Some light exercise and deep breathing are excellent, each day.  These can also bring in some environmental etheric energy.  However, too much exercise wears out the body and is not helpful.

7. Emotional control, and correct thinking reduce stress and help conserve etheric energy.  Thinking good thoughts can also bring in some extra environmental etheric energy.  Healthy thinking also creates some etheric energy.  This is somewhat advanced, but true.

8. The healing procedures of nutritional balancing also help.  These help restore digestion, balance the body, and reduce stress.

To really recharge your batteries, do the Pushing Down Exercise – and do it a lot.  Two hours a day is excellent.  This brings into the body new etheric energy in large amounts that is the most powerful way to recharge the cellular batteries.  It also seems to help produce more batteries, and better batteries.

Doing the exercise lying down appears to be best for the batteries.  Doing the Neck Pull with it is very helpful, as well.

Knowledge about the batteries and etheric energy is not taught today because scientists and doctors cannot see the batteries, as they are extremely small.

However, this knowledge will help you understand the nutritional balancing diets, lifestyle, exercise, and procedures.

It can also help one understand development and human evolution.

If one develops oneself sufficiently, and if one is nourished well enough, the nickel-cadmium batteries are eventually replaced with a less-toxic type of battery, and one that is better suited to the needs of development.

When one develops, one brings in etheric energy through the top of the head in small quantities, but it is enough to sustain the body.  The NiCad battery is not as well-suited to this task.  As a result, a series of other batteries may be used, including a lithium and a boron type of battery.

Nickel-cadmium batteries are also quite toxic.  As one develops, one becomes less compatible with them.  If one can reach the third stage of development, the nickel-cadmium batteries begin to be replaced with a less toxic type of battery that uses lithium and some other metals instead of nickel and cadmium.

The agony.  The replacement process  manifests in a healing reaction called the agony.  It is so called because it causes a temporary itchy, burning rash on the face.

One might ask, why is such a reaction is necessary, since we know the body can eliminate nickel and cadmium compounds all the time without getting a skin rash.

The answer is that the body is unable to eliminate the chemical compounds that compose the batteries through the liver, bowel or kidneys.  However, they are eliminated well through the skin of the face.  This is the most active skin of the body because it is never covered up by clothing.  As a result, a rash occurs for a few months while the elimination proceeds.

For more details, read The Stages Of Development and The Agony on this site.

A battery is a device that stores an electrical charge for a long time, and releases it slowly under certain conditions.  Batteries can sometimes be recharged, and they have various other qualities such as their voltage, storage capacity, and the speed at which they release energy and can recharge.

Capacitors.  Contrast this with a capacitor, which is another electronic component.  In one sense, it is a kind of battery.  Its construction is somewhat similar with layers or plates of conductive and non-conductive materials.  However, a capacitor discharges its charge much faster, and cannot hold a charge for years, as a battery can.  These are the main differences between them.

Battery construction.  Most batteries consist of cells that contain an anode, a cathode, and an electrolyte solution.  The electrolyte solution bathes or covers the anode and cathode, and the charge is stored on the plates of the anode and cathode.  When wires are connected to these plates, electricity flows until the battery is completely discharged.

Types of batteries.  Textbooks list at least 25 types of batteries, even though most people are familiar with only a few of them.  These include:

1. Lead-acid batteries found in all automobiles.

2. Lithium batteries found in computers and cell phones.

3. Alkaline batteries (containing zinc and manganese, usually) are used in flashlights and many devices.

4. Nickel-cadmium or NiCad batteries, used in some hearing aids and other rechargeable devices.

Most others are variants of these.

A number of changes occur in the batteries.  The voltage and amperage decrease somewhat.

The body’s ability to replace the batteries diminishes, and the newer batteries are not of as good quality.

Also, the amount of current that can be drawn off decreases.  This may be called the battery reserve.  The result is that a person has more difficulty coping with stress and shocks of all kinds.

Nature may use NiCad batteries in human beings and many animals for several reasons:

1. They are rechargeable.  This is absolutely needed.

2. They are simple batteries for the body to build.

3. They are quite powerful and they hold a charge for years.  The body builds new ones constantly, but the batteries must hold their charge until new ones are available.

4. The nickel and cadmium compounds are readily available in foods and elsewhere.

5. They are relatively easy to recharge.

Many health conditions are somewhat related to the batteries and their problems.  However, certain illnesses specifically relate to the body’s batteries.  The batteries are weakened, missing, destroyed, or discharged.  In some cases, the polarity of the battery reverses, often causing death.  Many have to do with the heart, lungs, thyroid and brain.  Here are some of the most important ones.

Heart diseases.  The heart is the location of the most batteries in a human being.  This is because the heart is an electrical organ and requires a good electrical charge.

Most people know that heart conditions often kill, and are the leading cause of death in most Western and some Eastern nations.  Among the worst of these are heart attacks.  There are two types of heart attacks.  Only one of them is specifically about problems with the body’s batteries.

Thrombotic heart attack. The milder type of heart attack is not as related to the batteries.  It is due to a clogged artery and/or a piece of plaque that gets inside one artery and blocks it.  This rarely kills a person because the other arteries going to the heart are open, and continue to work fine.

Sympathetic heart attacks.  This is the heart attack that is related to the batteries.  It occurs when all the arteries leading to the heart constrict at once.  This blocks the flow of all or most nutrients to the heart muscle, and almost always kills.

How it works.  Normally, during exercise or any fight-or-flight response of the body, more blood goes to the heart and muscles.  This enables a person to run away or fight better.

However, with a sympathetic heart attack the alarm signals sent by the sympathethic nervous system cause a reverse effect that constricts the coronary arteries – those leading to the heart.  Instead of bringing more blood to the heart, the blood supply is cut off.

The batteries have something to do with this.  When the batteries are in poor shape, they do not respond properly to the alarm signals from the sympathetic nervous system.  The polarity reverses,  and this causes the fatal heart attack.

On a hair tissue mineral chart that is performed correctly (the lab must not wash the hair), we can see and predict these heart attacks easily because the sodium/potassium ratio is less than 2.5.  This is called an inversion or reversal, and it indicates battery problems in every single case!

The worst possible case is called a step up pattern on a hair mineral test.  This is an impending sympathetic heart attack.  Most of our clients with this pattern die before we can help them.

We call it the quick death pattern.  It is easy to reverse, but one must know the pattern is present, which is rare because hair mineral testing is not used in most hospitals and doctor’s offices.

By the way, a few commonly used nutritional supplements will make the pattern worse and hasten death.  These include vitamins B, C, and E, along with potassium.  For more details, read The Step Up Pattern on this site.

This type of heart attack can occur at any time, not just during exercise.  However, it usually requires a trigger that upsets the nervous system.  This could be running, but it could be exposure to a toxic chemical, or some other stress on the body.  It could even occur due to getting angry or upset with a friend or a situation.

My neighbor, age about 65, died of a sympathetic heart attack.  He had just bought new carpeting in his whole house that was extremely toxic.  Soon afterwards, he had heart attack, which he miraculously survived.  He went to the hospital, where they checked his arteries.  They were not clogged, so they sent him home a day later.  He promptly had a second sympathetic heart attack and died.

It can happen to young people, and often does.  The other type of heart attack occurs mostly in older people who have arteriosclerosis.

Valvular disease, cardiomyopathy and some cases of high blood pressure.  These can also occur due to battery problems.  They have the same presentation on a hair mineral analysis – usually a fast oxidizer with a low or inverted sodium/potassium ratio.

The three hearts.  All three of the hearts as understood in acupuncture are rich in batteries.  This may have to do with pumping blood around the body, or other functions of the hearts.

Lung diseases.  Many of these are viral diseases, such as viral pneumonia.  It used to be called “the old man’s friend” because it would easily bring life to a close for older people, and it still does.  Good doctors know that viral pneumonia kills.  This is why they often want a person with this condition hospitalized until it is gone.

Thyroid conditions.   Another set of diseases related to the batteries in the body is thyroid problems.  The thyroid gland also has a lot of batteries.

Brain conditions.  Brain conditions have many causes, among which can be battery problems.  For example, memory loss and brain fog can be due to battery problems, but not in all cases.  The batteries power the memory, so weakness can affect the memory.

A rough way to assess one’s battery power is by a combination of the oxidation rate and sodium/potassium ratio on a hair mineral test.  From the best to the worst, here are the criteria:

Fast oxidation and Na/K 2.5 or greater

Fast oxidation and Na/K less than 2.5

Slow oxidation and Na/K 2.5 or greater

Slow oxidation and Na/K less than 2.5

Four lows and Na/K 2.5 or greater

Four lows and Na/K less than 2.5

Low four lows (all numbers less than half their ideal level.

Settling down pattern often causes an improvement in the quality of the batteries.

Coming alive pattern often indicates the production of more new batteries.

Love, and falling in love is generally good for the batteries.  It relaxes a person and reduces stress.

Sexual fluid loss, especially for men, tends to deplete the batteries somewhat.  There appears to be some electrical charge in the sexual fluid, especially of a man.

The merkabah holds etheric energy around a person, and it brings in more ether, as well.  it is sometimes called an “etheric sheath”.  This is very beneficial for the batteries.

Souls have the same type of bodies as human beings, only much smaller in size.

Fine matter bodies do not have batteries.  They absorb etheric energy more easily and do not seem to need them.

Attitudes.  Positive, uplifting attitudes are generally very helpful for the batteries.  Thoughts of victimhood are damaging to the batteries.  Homosexual thoughts seem to be damaging to the batteries and may account for a low sodium/potassium ratio on some of their hair mineral charts.

Activities.  Writing is good for the batteries.  So is thinking, which seems able to actually bring in some etheric energy.  Some physical activity is also good, but not to exhaustion.

“Popping” the joints, causing a slight crackling sound, seems helpful for the batteries.  It seems to allow energy to flow better through the body, which can help recharge the batteries.
